Cannot change target framework
WebNov 20, 2016 · Visual Studio Feedback WebAug 24, 2024 · Here my problem is when the right-clicking data access layer project and try to give reference to assemblies that section is empty and showing the target framework is 2.0. When I do same thing normal project its showing target frame is 4.7.2 and listing item in assemblies section.
