WebMay 31, 2024 · Correct, you can (and I generally do) use Disk Manager to expand the volume within the VHDX, but as far as I know it isn't possible to use that to extend the upper limit of the VHDX file itself, which the volume is capped to. You need to do the latter before it's possible to do the former.
