It got to the point where even the bios would crash. I resolved the issue by removing the battery and completely resetting the motherboard unplugging pc draining power, using only 1 stick of ram until it booted. I updated the bios then rest the motherboard again.

So you can ignore that. Replace the battery as @fireberd has suggested and see what happens...
